Heritage Square, Vernon

Heritage Square is centrally located in the urban center of Vernon, walking distance of shops, restaurants, public transit, and beautiful parks. The two-story residence features long-term care on the main floor and assisted living on the second floor, allowing for one to age in place. It surrounds a large central courtyard with a gazebo, walking paths, and plenty of areas for gardening programs.

Assisted Living

Spacious assisted living suites provide the perfect setting for seniors who are self-sufficient and enjoy their privacy, but need help with daily activities like meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. Our caring and friendly staff offer the right amount of help for each resident. Each suite includes an open living area, a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, and sink, along with a separate bedroom and a large, fully accessible bathroom.

There are 23 government-subsidized rooms and 2 private pay rooms.

Long Term Care

Heritage Square offers a safe home-like environment and round-the-clock nursing care for seniors who are no longer able to live independently. The long-term care floor is divided into four distinct neighbourhoods, each with its own dining, activity, and family areas. Every resident enjoys their own spacious private room furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and nightstand. All long-term care beds are government subsidized.
