Part of Creekside Landing’s campus of care, Osprey Court is a three-story long-term care home newly constructed in 2024. Located on Osprey Road in Vernon, British Columbia, Osprey Court offers 96 long-term care beds, including 90 government-subsidized and 6 private pay. The home features 3 floors with 8 neighborhoods, each accommodating 12 to 13 residents in private rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Two bariatric rooms cater to residents with special equipment needs. The home also provides plenty of social and recreational space such as living, dining, quiet rooms, lounges, activity space, and easy access to patios and outdoor spaces.

A pedestrian bridge will allow residents to age in place by providing easy access from Creekside Landing, which has Independent and Assisted Living, to Osprey Court. The bridge is scheduled to be completed mid-2025.
