Interior Health awarded Kaigo Senior Living the 200-bed long-term care home project in Penticton. The home will provide 24-hour nursing care to individuals with complex-care needs and will include a 16-bed special care unit to care for individuals who need even more support while in a more secure and safe environment. The Penticton site will be unique in that there will be staff housing available next to the home. The project is projected to be completed in 2028.
